Merle Hay Area

For more than 50 years, the Merle Hay Mall has provided the area with a great selection of shopping and dining experiences for every season and celebration. Opened in 1959, it’s the oldest regional shopping center and until 2004 was the largest mall in Iowa. Continuing to evolve with the changing years, they provide new and popular retail choices like Flix Brewhouse, the state’s only eight-screen, eat-in movie complex with both a microbrewery and a restaurant and Merle Hay Lanes on the lower level. There’s definitely something for everyone to enjoy.
