Our community comes together each year to celebrate West Side leaders, champions, advocates and everything West Side. Our next celebration will be early 2026.
The official nomination form for award recipients will be available soon! We need your help highlighting and honoring those who have gone above and beyond over the last year. Award categories include:

Des Moines' West Side
The Des Moines West Side is an established area of our city with a rich business history. Cultural amenities; higher education; hospitality and customer focused entities; niche boutique and retail stores; and restaurants can all be found in the chamber's footprint. Not only, do we offer a wide variety of businesses, but the West Side also boasts a diverse employee demographic.
